We are looking for an Administrator to join our team in Mumbai, supporting the smooth and efficient running of our local operations. This is a key role within our administrative function, providing essential support to our technical and consulting teams.

What will you be doing?

As our Administrator, you will:

• Provide full administrative support to the Mumbai office and wider regional team.
• Manage reception duties and telephone switchboard operations.
• Monitor and respond to emails professionally and promptly.
• Maintain and update the job register and ensure accurate documentation.
• Assist in opening job files and issuing approved reports to clients.
• Handle photocopying, printing, filing, and courier dispatches.
• Order and manage office supplies, housekeeping, and refreshments.
• Ensure common areas are tidy and well-maintained.
• Monitor timesheet submissions and support the Finance team when needed.
• Liaise with regional administrative teams to ensure consistency and collaboration.
• Uphold ABL’s QHSE policies and procedures across all tasks

What are we looking for?

We’re seeking someone who is:

• An experienced administrative professional with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• A confident communicator in English, both written and verbal.
• Organized, enthusiastic, and able to work independently.
• A team player with a mature, outgoing personality and strong interpersonal skills.
• Flexible with working hours when required.

Experience in industries related to energy, marine, or consultancy is desirable but not essential.

Further Information:

The role is based at our Mumbai office, and you must have the legal right to work and reside in India.

While this position is primarily office-based, we support hybrid working arrangements.

You should be ready and willing to support urgent administrative needs and assist with tasks that may occasionally require flexibility in working hours.
