Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Administrative & Operations Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in handling administrative and operational tasks, with strong knowledge of MS Excel and Tally ERP.

(MALE CANDIDATES ONLY )

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage proforma invoices, purchase orders, quotations, and billing documents.
  • Input, maintain, and analyze data using MS Excel.
  • Operate and manage accounting/billing processes within Tally ERP.
  • Maintain organized documentation and records.
  • Support day-to-day administrative tasks and office coordination.
  • Assist with filing, tracking, and general office workflows.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Any degree with strong administrative and operations background.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with Tally ERP.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Immediate joining preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
