About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Greet patients and visitors warmly and professionally. 2. Manage appointment scheduling (walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp, and online leads). 3. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office environment. 4. Follow up on inbound leads generated through social media, ads, and WhatsApp. 5. Explain services, treatment plans, and offers to prospective clients. 6. Convert inquiries into walk-ins and paid consultations. 7. Maintain follow-up records of potential patients and update lead trackers. 8. Ensure smooth day-to-day clinic operations. 9. Maintain patient records and daily reports (attendance, billing, feedback). 10. Coordinate with therapists and doctors to align appointments. 11. Manage inventory of front-desk materials, booking slips, and brochures.
