Oversee office administration, housekeeping, security, and transportation servicesManage visitor/guest experience, couriers (inbound & outbound), bills, and purchase ordersHandle inventory, vendor coordination, and maintain vendor databasesRespond to employee queries related to facilities, vendors, and admin processesCollaborate with HR and IT teams for seamless cross-departmental supportMaintain seating arrangements, reception upkeep, and parking facilitiesKeep a record of petty cash and ensure timely updatesMonitor and restock stationery, housekeeping materials, and medical suppliesMust-Have Skills:Proven experience in facilities and administrative managementStrong verbal and written communication skillsProficient with MS Office, email drafting, and online researchShould have Valid 2-wheeler driving license and two wheeler Looking for candidates who can join immediately.
