Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities Admin Executive (Construction Industry)

  • Handle day-to-day site office administration and coordination activities.
  • Manage attendance records, leave registers, and maintain employee data.
  • Oversee office stationery, supplies, and ensure timely procurement of materials.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for administrative requirements.
  • Maintain proper documentation, files, and records (physical & digital) related to site operations.
  • Support in preparation of MIS reports, expense tracking, and petty cash handling.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations at the site.
  • Assist project/site managers with scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and logistics.
  • Manage visitor entry, security arrangements, and housekeeping at the site office.
  • Act as a point of contact between site staff and the corporate office for all administrative matters.
