Admin Executive Airport Cargo Operations

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, verify, and maintain
air cargo documentation
such as Air Waybills (AWB), cargo manifests, invoices, and customs forms.
Coordinate with ground handling teams, airlines, freight forwarders, and customs for
timely cargo clearance and movement
.
Manage
data entry and record-keeping
in line with airport authority and DGCA regulations.
Track inbound and outbound shipments and update relevant teams with
real-time cargo status
.
Provide administrative support for
import/export operations
, including filing and reporting.
Ensure proper
filing and storage of cargo documents
for audits and compliance checks.
Support in preparing
daily, weekly, and monthly cargo reports
for management.
Assist in managing
SOPs and SLAs
with airline partners and logistics providers.
Ensure adherence to
aviation safety standards
, security protocols, and
customs regulations
.
Liaise with internal departments such as security, warehouse, and billing teams to streamline operations.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Aviation, Logistics, or Business Administration).
minimum 2 years of experience in
airport cargo handling
or
air freight administration
.
Familiarity with
air cargo documentation
and ground handling procedures.
Basic knowledge of
airport systems
,
cargo terminal operations
, and
customs clearance
.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with
cargo or airport management systems
(e.g., Hermes, Kale Logistics) is a plus.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per airport operations.
