Bachelors degree with 5-6 years of professional experience in MNC Comapanies Expert in outlook calendar management Scheduling domestic and international travel arrangements Processing expense report Organize team outings, maintaining budget tracker for the team Background of working in a corporate or semiconductor companies is preferred Experience with Microsoft Suite – Outlook, Word, Excel Ability to work autonomously on assignments and handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity, discretion, and utmost secrecy Possess a “can-do” attitude for all situations, no task too big or too small to handle Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills and a strong sense of professionalism Excellent organization skills, strong attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced and time-sensitive environment Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships cross-functionally Extraordinary work ethic while balancing the needs of the individuals and the business
