The Administration, Accounts & Back Office Executive is responsible for supporting daily business operations by handling administrative tasks, basic accounting functions, and essential back-office activities. This role ensures smooth office operations, accurate financial recordkeeping, and efficient coordination across departments. Key responsibilities include managing office documentation, maintaining records, handling correspondence, and providing administrative support to management. The Executive assists in organizing schedules, preparing reports, coordinating meetings, and ensuring that office supplies and resources are well-maintained. They also support HR-related tasks such as maintaining employee files, assisting with onboarding, and coordinating internal communication. In accounts-related duties, the Executive helps with data entry of invoices, expenses, and financial transactions. They support accounts payable and receivable processes, assist in bank reconciliations, and help prepare basic financial summaries for review by senior accounting staff. Ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of all financial tasks is essential.
