Job Description

Role & responsibilities

End-to-end GST compliance for multiple entities/months
Preparation and filing of:

GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-6 (if applicable), ITC-04
Annual Return GSTR-9 & GSTR-9C coordination with auditors

Monthly
reconciliation of Books vs GST Portal
(Purchase ITC, Sales, E-invoice, E-way bill mapping)
Vendor ITC tracking
and follow-up for mismatch/2A-2B issues
HSN summary preparation
, rate verification & tax classification
Ensure
timely payments of GST, interest, late fees (if any)
Handling queries from
auditors, tax consultants & department notices
Maintain complete
documentation & audit trail for compliance

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate with 3+ Years of Experience in Accounting
Strong working knowledge of
GST laws & latest amendments
Hands-on experience in
GST portal and Offline Tool
Good Excel & reconciliation skills
Experience in
Tally / SAP Preferred
Ability to work independently & meet strict due dates
Proven experience in GST Finalization and handling GST Monthly & Annual Returns.
Familiarity with GST regulations and ability to stay updated on changes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Intermediate level in CMA program.
Intermediate level in CA program
