Role & responsibilities: Gather and compile Pan India data as required. Collect, Collate & organise data for assignments. Prepare hardcopy dockets, ensuring all documents are professionally presented for client deliverables. Assist in office management tasks, including filing, data entry and document retrieval. Process invoices, debit notes, and credit notes for TAM. Submit expense reports. Manage the vendor registration process and assist vendors with necessary documentation. Collect Pan India Write-off Forms, compile a summary, and submit them to the finance team with relevant approvals. Assist with flight, hotel, and cab bookings. Update the V&A Pan India staff list, manage group ID additions and deletions for Valuation and TAM, and coordinate updates for Quest. Review and approve RAA expense claims. Generate travel codes for the team and update the MMT trip tag while booking flights. Prepare and execute Engagement Letters and Addendum Letters. Maintain records of visiting cards for senior team members, request new ones when needed, and follow up. Organize and update supporting document folders for CWI, including GSTN, PAN, TAN, and other details. Maintain and update the contact list. Send meeting invites on behalf of senior management. Provide support to the team as needed Preferred candidate profile: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft office Suite (MS Word, Excel, Power Point) Problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proven Experience as an office assistant or in a relevant administrative role.
