The job involves overseeing the overall administration of sites, providing support for HR & admin requirements, and ensuring high standards of admin activities to meet customer satisfaction. Reporting to the Assistant Manager-Administration, the main responsibilities include: Security: - Supervising all project security activities - Coordinating with higher authorities daily regarding security-related activities - Managing the movement of personnel and materials in and out of the gate - Taking responsibility for security audits conducted by customers and external parties Housekeeping: - Overseeing the overall housekeeping of the sales office and project external area Transport: - Arranging vehicles for company staff and guests - Monitoring company vehicle movement and condition - Building good relationships with vendors Contract Labour: - Controlling contract labour management - Rationalizing contract manpower - Monitoring and coordinating with departments for contract manpower - Tracking manpower usage per approval General Administration: - Ensuring company property is maintained safely - Efficiently managing event management - Administering staff reimbursement - Maintaining relationships with vendors in areas such as air conditioning, UPS, DG set, lifts, CCTV, etc. - Supporting attendance process, HR & admin events, HR activities, and site drinking water - Maintaining assets as per project and site office Repair & Maintenance: - Supporting sales office, sample flats, and assets (excluding project) - Recording due dates for maintenance This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance and Provident Fund. The preferred education level is a Bachelor's degree, and candidates with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role are preferred. The work location is in person.,
