Experience – 4 - 5 years

To safeguard the working environment of the Warehouse of 50K sft in all forms. Includes securing sensitive data, and ensuring compliance. This role involves creating SOPs for safe practices, conducting mock drills for safety and security of the working personnel, maintaining security protocols, data protection, access control, and fraud and theft prevention, safeguarding material.

Key Responsibilities:

· Administrative Tasks: Maintaining Floor attendance, worker safety rules, safe material handling methods, prevention and control of theft, Security control, Access Control, Fire Alarm Management and Asses Management.

· Security Implementation: Implementing and maintaining security measures, such as firewalls, strong passwords, data encryption, and regular updates for antivirus software and systems.

· Data Security: Protecting sensitive data, including customer information and financial records, from unauthorized access or modification.

· Fraud Prevention: Implementing measures to prevent fraudulent activities within the purchasing process, such as verifying vendors and invoices.

· Compliance: Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards related to e-commerce and purchasing.

· Access Control: Managing user access to sensitive systems and data, ensuring that only authorized personnel have access to specific information.

Skills and Qualifications:

· Strong administrative skills: Excellent organizational, record-keeping, and data management skills.

· Security awareness: Understanding of security threats and vulnerabilities, as well as best practices for employee and material protection.

· Compliance knowledge: Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards related to security management.

· Communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively with vendors, internal teams, and external stakeholders.

· Problem-solving skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues related to purchasing, security, and compliance.

Ex-Armed Forces Personnel with relevant experience are preferred.

Person should be self-motivated, high integrity and passion towards the work.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
