Job Description

As an Accounts Executive in the Property and Asset Management field, your role will primarily involve handling client finance and accounting responsibilities at the site. You will be accountable for delivering financial services in accordance with the Property Management Services agreement with the client. Your key responsibilities will include: - Submission of MIS & Reports as per SLA's to respective stakeholders - Preparation and submission of Monthly MMR with inputs from various departments - Adding Daily reports in DMR for an overview - Tracking, Assigning, and Closing of PPM in evolution - Handling imprest at the site - Coordinating with the Estate Manager for maintaining various trackers at the site - Collaborating with section heads to follow up on closing pending complaints and preparing delay reports - Maintaining records of communications with external bodies and sending reminders as necessary on a case-by-case basis - Fulfilling any other tasks or responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time Reporting directly to the Estate Manager, you should possess strong analytical and meticulous skills to excel in this role. Qualifications required for this position include a Degree/Diploma with a relevant educational background and a minimum of 2-3 years of work experience.
