Admin Officer - Field Services

As an Administration Officer & Site Document Controller at Jacobs, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of administrative tasks and document control at the site. Your responsibilities will include receiving drawings from the Head Office and maintaining a register for tracking them. You will also be responsible for issuing drawings to contractors through transmittal and handling the receipt and distribution of incoming documents. Additionally, you will maintain the site filing system, assist the Client in verifying contractors" documents for gate passes, and manage site transport and staff accommodation for Jacobs Personnel. Furthermore, you will be involved in preparing and maintaining site accounts. With 10 to 12 years of experience, you will bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to this role. Your location will be on-site, where you will have a direct impact on the successful execution of projects.
