Admin Incharge (Male)

Responsibilities:

• Project Management:
• Oversee all civil works related to the school's infrastructure, including renovation, and maintenance projects.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and school management to ensure projects are completed on time and meet school requirements.
• Quality Control:
• Ensure that all civil works are completed to the highest quality standards, adhering to the specifications outlined in project plans.
• Conduct regular quality checks and address any defects or issues promptly.
• Employee Management:
• Supervise and manage all civil employees, including masons, carpenters, plumbers, and other workers.
• Ensure that all civil work employees adhere to the school's safety protocols and work schedules.
• Vendor Management:
• Identify and evaluate potential vendors and contractors for civil works.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services required for ongoing projects.
• Compliance and Safety:
• Ensure all civil works comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols on construction sites to protect workers and school staff.
• Facilities Management:
• Ensure the maintenance and cleanliness of all school facilities, including classrooms, offices, and common areas.
• Oversee the management of utilities, such as electricity, water, and HVAC systems, ensuring they are functioning optimally.
• Training and Development:
• Provide training to staff on the operation and maintenance of the STP.
• Stay updated on the latest technologies and best practices in sewage treatment and apply them to the school’s STP operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
