We are seeking a dynamic and responsible *Admin In-Charge* to manage daily administrative operations, coordinate with teams, and ensure smooth office functioning. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, problem-solving ability, and experience in handling a team efficiently.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Oversee and manage daily office operations and administrative activities

* Coordinate between departments for smooth workflow

* Maintain office records, attendance, and reports

* Handle vendor management and procurement tasks

* Assist in implementing policies and procedures

* Address employee queries and support HR-related tasks

* Ensure compliance with company guidelines and safety protocols

* Lead and motivate the office team to achieve targets

*Requirements:*
