Job Description :

  • To compile PO'S for Capital & Small projects and track variance between PO & actual paid amounts
  • On-time escalations on delay in critical payments such as bills, Working Capital Management project bill, statutory related payments.
  • To represent internal and external audits on finance
  • To assist for raising PO's related Capital/FM/ small projects and timely preparation of PO's.
  • To provide MIS invoices and amounts received / escalate if any delays in receipt of payments.
  • PO Issuance basis approved mail for Capital & FM related services and Invoice GR in Fusion basis confirmation to process payment from WCM/FM Heads.
  • Coordination with External finance team for payment
  • Creating MIS reports, Payment trackers & Protracts
  • Capitalization & Depreciation impact
  • Raising of PSR's for Capital projects and co-ordination with GPU
  • Maintenance of Consolidated Payment tracker for Pan India Projects post submission of bills
  • To manage all aspects of CLRA compliances, follow through with vendors on deliverables pertaining to compliance, attend audits and facilitate compliance, facilitate vendor evaluation in collaboration with entity leads.

Qualifications

Qualification:

  • B. Com graduate with 3 to 5 years of experience in working capital management, invoicing, audit support, & MIS statutory aspects pertaining to Labor Laws.
  • Has worked in a Construction environment managing CLRA compliance of multiple vendors.
  • Understands vendor performance evaluation and drives the team to evaluate vendors at predetermined frequencies.
  • Good verbal & written skills.
