Job Description

Position: Transport Coordinator

Department: Admin Employment

Type: Full-time

Location: Kalyani Nagar, Pune

Shift: 6 pm to 3 am

The Transport Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient employee transportation services, vendor management, and compliance with safety and organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, schedule, and monitor daily employee transport routes (pick-up/drop) for company vehicles and vendor fleets.
Coordinate with drivers, vendors, and employees to ensure timely and safe transport services.
Optimize routes to reduce travel time and fuel costs.
Maintain transport records, trip sheets, and fuel logs.
Ensure compliance with company policies, RTO regulations, and safety norms.
Handle breakdowns, delays, and transport-related escalations promptly.
Liaise with security and facility teams for smooth movement of vehicles.
Assist in vendor contract management, billing verification, and cost control.
Prepare periodic transport utilization and cost reports for management review. Desired Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate with 24 years of experience in transport coordination/administration (corporate or facility management).
Strong knowledge of Pune city routes and traffic conditions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for route planning and reporting. • Ability to handle emergencies, multitask, and work under pressure.
