Admin Executive

As an Executive - Admin at apna.co, your responsibilities will include: Role Overview: You will be in charge of overseeing the daily administrative operations of the lab facility. This includes coordinating the procurement of office/lab supplies, maintaining inventory, managing service contracts for lab equipment and utilities, and handling vendor coordination and negotiation for services and repairs. Additionally, you will be responsible for documentation and maintenance of facility-related records and providing front-desk support if required. Key Responsibilities: - Perform routine checks and preventive maintenance of electrical systems such as UPS, HVAC, panels, generators, etc. - Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical issues promptly to avoid downtime. - Coordinate with external electrical service providers for advanced issues and ensure backup power systems are operational. - Monitor energy usage and suggest improvements for efficiency. - Supervise housekeeping, pest control, waste disposal (biomedical/non-biomedical), and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. - Monitor safety systems including fire alarms, extinguishers, CCTV, and access controls. - Coordinate periodic deep cleaning, fumigation, and preventive maintenance activities. - Support in renovation, space planning, or setting up new lab facilities. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a lab or healthcare setting. - Strong knowledge of electrical systems maintenance and troubleshooting. - Familiarity with regulatory standards such as NABL, NABH, and ISO. - Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
