Responsibilities:
Accounts:Assist with accounting tasks such as invoice processing, payment tracking, and expense management.Maintain accurate financial records.Office Work:Manage office supplies and equipment.Coordinate office maintenance and repairs.Organize and maintain office files and documents.Order Servicing:Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery.Handle customer inquiries and complaints.Sample Library:Manage and maintain the sample library.Coordinate sample requests and shipments.Digital Data Maintenance:Organize and maintain digital files and databases.Ensure data accuracy and integrity.Customer Support:Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.Required Skills:Strong organizational and time management skills.Attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
