Roles & Responsibilities

• Handling overall administration activities
• Daily sales entries and coordination with bank executives
• Petty cash handling and management
• Daily Sales Report (DSR) preparation and management
• Maintaining and updating Sales MIS
• Updating daily records in Google Sheets
• Responding to MIS-related queries
• Handling reimbursement invoices and sending them to HQ
• Day-to-day general office administration
• Managing housekeeping and security vendor operations
• Back-office maintenance
• Transport and logistics management
• Managing courier services and rate contracts
• Coordination for walk-in interviews
• Monitoring logistics at the center and managing related software
• Facility management
• Coordination between internal departments
• Strong cooperation with Accounts, HR & Purchase departments
