Job Description: As an HR Administrative Assistant at our company, your role will involve assisting the HR team in day-to-day administrative tasks. You will be responsible for maintaining and updating employee records, both physical and digital. Additionally, you will manage HR documents such as employment letters, appraisal letters, warning letters, etc. Your support will be crucial in handling onboarding and exit formalities of employees, as well as coordinating with internal departments for smooth operations. It will be essential for you to ensure compliance with company policies and HR standards. Key Responsibilities: - Assist HR team in day-to-day administrative tasks. - Maintain and update employee records (physical and digital). - Manage HR documents such as employment letters, appraisal letters, warning letters, etc. - Assist with onboarding and exit formalities of employees. - Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations. - Ensure compliance with company policies and HR standards. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree - 2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.,
