Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Front Desk Management:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and efficiently.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, presentable, and well-maintained.
  • Handle visitor logbooks, issue visitor passes, and maintain records of incoming/outgoing couriers.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.

Administrative Support:

  • Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock and placing orders as needed.
  • Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance, repairs, and facility services.
  • Assist in managing travel and accommodation arrangements for staff or guests.
  • Support HR/Accounts/Admin departments with basic documentation and clerical work.
  • Maintain and update records, files, and databases (digital and physical).
  • Prepare reports, letters, or internal communications as directed.

General Office Coordination:

  • Monitor attendance and assist with biometric updates (if applicable).
  • Assist in organizing office events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
  • Handle basic IT coordination (raising issues to vendors or IT team).
  • Manage incoming/outgoing correspondence – physical mail and emails.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
