Key Responsibilities:Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and efficiently. Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, presentable, and well-maintained. Handle visitor logbooks, issue visitor passes, and maintain records of incoming/outgoing couriers. Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference rooms. Administrative Support: Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock and placing orders as needed. Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance, repairs, and facility services. Assist in managing travel and accommodation arrangements for staff or guests. Support HR/Accounts/Admin departments with basic documentation and clerical work. Maintain and update records, files, and databases (digital and physical). Prepare reports, letters, or internal communications as directed. General Office Coordination: Monitor attendance and assist with biometric updates (if applicable). Assist in organizing office events, meetings, and employee engagement activities. Handle basic IT coordination (raising issues to vendors or IT team).
