Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Ensure daily cleaning and sanitization of office areas, corridors, washrooms, cafeteria, and common areas.
Maintain cleanliness in
production zones
(restricted areas as per GMP guidelines, if applicable) under supervision.
Dispose of waste safely and in compliance with biomedical and general waste management protocols.
Follow company
safety, hygiene, and compliance standards
, especially related to medical device regulations (ISO 13485 / GMP).
Assist in housekeeping during audits, inspections, and internal visits.
Report maintenance needs or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
Support in moving office supplies, setting up meeting rooms, or minor assistance during company events.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of housekeeping equipment and cleaning chemicals.

Requirements

Minimum qualification: Any Graduate
Prior experience in housekeeping, preferably in a
healthcare, pharma, or medical device company
.
Knowledge of hygiene and sanitation practices, including waste segregation.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently with attention to detail.
Physical fitness and willingness to work in shifts, if required.
Basic understanding of hygiene protocols.
