Dayanand Dinanath Group of Institutions Education Society Unnao Uttar Pradesh are looking for a proactive and experienced Admin cum Personal Secretary

Job Description:-

• Manage day-to-day administrative activities and provide secretarial support to the Vice Chancellor/Registrar/University Management.
• Handle scheduling of meetings, appointments, conferences, and travel arrangements.
• Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and official communications.
• Maintain confidential files, records, and documents in an organized manner.
• Coordinate with university departments, statutory bodies, and external stakeholders for smooth workflow.
• Assist in preparation of presentations, minutes of meetings, and follow-up on assigned tasks.
• Ensure office operations are efficient, professional, and in compliance with university protocols.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduation in any discipline (MBA will be preferred) from reputed Institution/university.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in the relevant field/similar academic institutions and preference will be given to candidates proficient in drafting skills.
• Strong organizational ability in handling wide ranging tasks and detail oriented.
