Admin Coordinator

As an Administrative Coordinator at Enveda, your role will involve supporting facility operations in a pharmaceutical research laboratory. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily maintenance and upkeep of facilities to ensure a clean, safe, and functional environment. Working as a member of the Operations Team, you will report to the Manager, Operations. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain accurate records in accordance with site guidelines, ensuring timely and legible completion of all required documentation and logbooks. - Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload effectively. - Labelling, sorting, and categorizing documents for ease of use. - Create an indexing system for documentation. - Monitor and ensure cleanliness in the facility. - Provide general assistance in laboratory management. - Offer administrative support for office operations as needed, including transportation, food arrangements, and logistical tasks for smooth operations. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree with 0-2 years of experience. - Strong knowledge of MS Office and basic computer skills. - Good interpersonal and communication skills. - Disciplined, with a learning attitude and the ability to work well in a team. - Demonstrate honesty, transparency, and flexibility.
