Job Description

Position: Admin / Back-office Executive
Location: Metoda GIDC, Gate No. 3, Rajkot.
Experience: 1+ year (Admin / Back-office / Coordination preferred)
Salary: Up to ₹20,000 (Based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft emails, quotations, and basic documentation
  • Handle client inquiries and follow-ups
  • Maintain records and assist internal teams
  • Support daily office operations and reporting

Required Skills:

  • Strong email drafting & communication skills (English 60–70%)
  • MS Excel proficiency
  • Basic administrative and coordination abilities
