Role Overview: You will be working as an Admin Coordinator at Datagrid Labs Pvt. Ltd, Kunnamkulam. Your main responsibility will involve supporting project planning, coordination, and execution. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in planning, organizing, and tracking project tasks and timelines. - Coordinate with ship agents and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. - Maintain project documentation, reports, and presentations. - Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates and gather necessary information. - Conduct research, analyze data, and suggest improvements. - Support logistical and administrative tasks as needed. Qualification Required: - Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline. - Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Soft Skills: Strong organization, time management, and communication skills; team player with the ability to work independently. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a proactive attitude.
