ADMIN BACK OFFICE EXECUTIVE

Grootinn is a growing textile and clothing brand known for its creative designs, quality craftsmanship, and modern ethnic collections. We’re looking for a smart, responsible individual to handle general office tasks and basic PC work to support our daily operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day office activities such as record keeping, documentation, and coordination.
• Maintain data entry and update product records in MS Excel, Word, or ERP software.
• Support online product listing and catalog management (on platforms like Instagram, WhatsApp, B2B portals, etc.).
• Communicate with vendors, clients, and suppliers when required.
• Maintain files (digital and physical) in an organized manner.
• Assist management with any other clerical or administrative work.

Skills Required:

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Word, Internet, Email).
• Good typing speed and accuracy.
• Communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn textile-related tasks.
• Knowledge of online marketplaces or textile cataloging will be an added advantage.

Education & Experience:

• Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).
• Experience in office or textile industry work preferred but not mandatory.

Salary:

Based on experience and performance.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
