Job description:

  • Good understanding on expenses handling & coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PPT.
  • Good understanding of vendor management and procurement process.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented approach.
  • Driving skills will be considered an added advantage for this role.

Attendance Management:

  • Maintain and update attendance records for Madurai employees, Admin staffs.
  • Coordinate with respective teams to ensure timely and accurate updates in attendance tracking.

Employee Administrative Support:

  • Prepare and distribute welcome kits for new joiners.
  • Coordinate with the Design/Content team to share employee birthdays and work anniversaries for internal communication.
  • Collect and share event photos for newsletters and employee engagement updates.
  • Organize and maintain employee documents.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement events on a monthly or quarterly basis.

General Administration Support:

  • Procure and manage office supplies, pantry items, and other daily essentials.
  • Coordinate vendors for monthly activities - housekeeping, maintenance, flower arrangements, water supply, and newspapers.
  • Oversee AMC and maintenance for plumbing, electrical systems, air conditioners, genset, and diesel refills.
  • Handle courier dispatches.
  • Manage printing and stationery materials such as letterheads, voucher books, and ID cards.
  • Verify and maintain daily cleaning logs of admin staff to ensure office hygiene and upkeep.

TA Team Coordination

  • Assist the monthly Walkin drive conducted by TA team
  • Do the candidate reference check call for the submission candidates

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
