As an Admin Assistant at our results-driven digital marketing agency, your role will involve handling daily digital administrative tasks to support our online marketing activities. Your responsibilities will include: - Refreshing existing ads daily on platforms like Gumtree - Scheduling and posting daily content on social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram - Monitoring ad performance and promptly notifying the team of any issues or inconsistencies - Conducting basic image editing or content adjustments using tools like Canva - Maintaining internal documentation of posting schedules - Assisting with additional administrative or marketing support tasks as required To excel in this role, you should have proficiency in using computers, the internet, and various online platforms. Comfort with social media platforms and posting tools is essential, along with the ability to follow structured digital routines consistently. Attention to detail, reliability, and basic English communication skills are also key requirements. Experience with platforms like Gumtree or tools like Canva, Buffer, or Hootsuite would be advantageous. In addition to a friendly and professional work environment, we offer fixed daytime hours from 7 AM to 3 PM, providing you with the opportunity to learn and grow in a digital marketing setup. On-the-job training and support will be provided to help you succeed in this full-time role. As an Admin Assistant, you will enjoy paid time off and work the morning shift at our in-person work location.
