Very bad customer service, don’t take any health policy from Adithya birla. My policy expired one before but I can’t renew in there websites. I contact Cochin office, there are simply ignored my enquiry . Very bad service

Useless insurance company, i paid full premium amount still the renewed policy not issued. also there is no website to pay the premium amount, they are following the stupid and useless mode of payment. we never know whether the amount is paid or not. Useless customer service. please dont use this insurance anymore
