Worst customer service experience. I had paid my premium still insurance not issues. It's been more than 5+ months i asking thm to resolve the issue but the only thing they say is it will get resolved in 7 days which never comes. Have sent all the necessary screenshots and documents needed.

Only one counter is there to resolve queries and each person takes 30-40 min. There call support just useless. If you go make sure you are free for next 3-4 hrs.

Its very difficult to contact the head quarters. There is no proper management of mediclaim insurance. They do not take action quickly on such problems. It led us to struggle for a long time.
