Just the worst place ever. I implore you to never buy anything from Aditya Birla. Their health insurance team is the worst. No resolution to my claim from 4 months. No proper communication and this "branch" I went to is like a sweat shop. They are rude, incompetent and have no clue of what they are doing.

worst service at branch. have paid policy renewal amount almost 1.5 month before and dropped several emails on getting renewed policy & every time standard response.
