Actually my mom admitted in hospital we coudent claim cardless due to customer care improper guidance later we been to reimbursement and submitted all related documents few month later we got to know that our claim as been rejected later …

Worst company. They collect premium in advance and then waste time in the name of collecting various details. After 2 months they will reject the proposal and don’t give back refund. Horrible experience.
