As a part of the ADAS Driving Functions team, you will be responsible for evaluating and implementing ADAS standards and regulations for different markets. This includes aligning testing and performance within acceptable ranges, conducting risk assessments and hazard analysis in automotive systems, analyzing ADAS system safety, and ensuring automotive cybersecurity for ADAS. Your role will involve coordinating with plant and Pilot Hall teams and Cross-Functional Teams (CFT) for addressing built issues. Key responsibilities will include analyzing and designing ADAS technologies such as collision avoidance, lane-keeping assistance, adaptive cruise control, and emergency braking. You will ensure safety is embedded in the design and operation of ADAS features, perform Hazard Analysis and Risk Assessment (HARA), evaluate and mitigate risks from system failures or sensor malfunctions, and integrate ADAS with autonomous vehicle systems for safe operation during autonomous driving modes. Your skills should include knowledge of Vehicle Electrical and Electronics sub-systems, ADAS systems, regulatory requirements, active and passive safety requirements for ADAS, project management, and strong administrative abilities for planning and structuring. You will also need expertise in ISO 26262 (Functional Safety for Road Vehicles), evaluating cybersecurity risks, and complying with security standards like ISO/SAE 21434 and UNECE WP.29 for automotive cybersecurity.
