Job Description

Job Title: Ad-Tech Support Engineer Tavant Technologies

Location:

Experience Required:

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and resolve complex technical issues in Ad-Tech platforms.
Provide tailored solutions by interfacing with customers and internal teams.
Collaborate with Engineering, Client Support, SRE, and Ad Operations teams.
Troubleshoot and optimize performance across
DSPs
and
CTV advertising platforms
.
Work with structured/unstructured data and log analysis tools to identify and resolve issues.

Must Have Skills

4+ years of Ad-Tech domain experience
.
2+ years of experience in Programmatic Advertising
.
Strong
SQL / Advanced SQL
expertise with hands-on database experience.
Hands-on troubleshooting experience with
DSPs
(Demand Side Platforms).
Knowledge of
CTV advertising
.

Good to Have Skills

Experience with
Athena / Snowflake
databases.
Familiarity with
log analysis tools
like Grafana, Kibana, QuickSight.
Experience working with
SSPs (Supply Side Platforms)
.
Knowledge of
workflow tools
like Airflow.
