Job Description

As a Digital Ad Operations Specialist at Techno India Group, your role involves ensuring the accurate and efficient delivery of digital ads for our Digital Media products - aajkaal.in, daakbangla.com, and millenniumpost.in. Key Responsibilities: - Campaign Management & Execution: - Set up, monitor, and optimize digital ad campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, programmatic DSPs, and ad servers (e.g., Google Ad Manager). - Implement and manage tracking pixels, UTM parameters, and other ad-serving technologies. - Ad Trafficking & Tag Management: - Manage ad trafficking, creative uploads, and QA to ensure proper delivery. - Work with third-party ad tags, rich media, and verification tools (e.g., DoubleVerify, MOAT). - Optimization & Performance Analysis: - Monitor campaign KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.) and provide data-driven insights for improvement. - Conduct A/B tests on creatives, ad formats, and targeting strategies. - Troubleshooting & Quality Assurance: - Identify and resolve delivery issues, discrepancies, and tracking errors. - Ensure compliance with industry standards such as IAB guidelines and brand safety policies. - Reporting & Client Communication: - Generate detailed performance reports and share actionable insights with stakeholders. - Collaborate with media buyers, analysts, and creative teams to optimize campaigns. Qualifications Required: - Experience: You should have 3-5+ years of experience in digital advertising, ad operations, or a similar role. - Skills: Strong knowledge of ad platforms like Google Ads, Meta, DV360, analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets. - Technical Knowledge: Experience with HTML5, JavaScript, and ad-serving technologies would be beneficial. - Soft Skills: We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, has an analytical mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and can work effectively under tight deadlines. - Experience with programmatic advertising and real-time bidding (RTB) is preferred. - Familiarity with data privacy regulations like GDPR and CCPA would be an added advantage.
