Description
As a Graduate in IT/Computer field, preferably BE/B.Tech/MCA with a minimum of 1 year experience in IT implementation/support and a total of 3 years in the IT field, you are an ideal candidate for the role. Preference will be given to those with certifications in Trend Micro or other Antivirus Management, MCSA/MCSE/MCSE: Messaging, or Microsoft Outlook Associate 2016/2019. Role Overview: - Basic knowledge of AD, DHCP, DNS, etc. - Managing & maintaining software assets, databases, and other IT infrastructure - Basic troubleshooting for desktops and notebooks - Installation, support, and upgrades of operating systems for desktops and notebooks - Handling move/add/change/upgradation/new installation of application software and hardware support - Installation, maintenance, and attending day-to-day user problem calls - Troubleshooting operating system issues - Setting up desktop computers and peripherals, testing network connections - Installing and testing desktop software applications and internet browsers - Ensuring proper functioning of computer systems by testing computers - Training end users on the usage of computer hardware and software - Sound knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office Applications - Resolving E-Mail application issues - Attending assigned calls, reporting to the helpdesk with closure details - Escalating to senior levels if problems are unresolved or any deviations occur Qualifications Required: - Graduate in IT/Computer field (BE/B.Tech/MCA) - Minimum 1 year of experience in IT implementation/support and 3 years in the IT field - Certification in any one of the following: Trend Micro or other Antivirus Management, MCSA/MCSE/MCSE: Messaging, Microsoft Outlook Associate 2016/2019.
