As an Infoscion, your primary role will involve getting to the heart of customer issues, diagnosing problem areas, designing innovative solutions, and facilitating deployment to ensure client delight. You will play a crucial part in developing proposals, owning parts of the proposal document, and providing inputs in solution design based on your areas of expertise. Your responsibilities will include planning configuration activities, configuring the product as per the design, conducting conference room pilots, and assisting in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting solution/product demonstrations, POC (Proof of Technology) workshops, and preparing effort estimates that align with customer budgetary requirements and organizational financial guidelines. Your contribution will extend to actively leading small projects and participating in unit-level and organizational initiatives to deliver high-quality, value-adding solutions to customers. In addition to the key responsibilities, you will also be expected to demonstrate the following: - Ability to develop value-creating strategies and models that empower clients to innovate, drive growth, and enhance business profitability - Good knowledge of software configuration management systems - Awareness of the latest technologies and industry trends - Logical thinking and problem-solving skills, coupled with a collaborative approach - Understanding of financial processes for various project types and familiarity with different pricing models - Capability to assess current processes, identify improvement areas, and recommend technology solutions - Knowledge in one or two industry domains - Strong client interfacing skills - Proficiency in project and team management Preferred Skills: - Technology: Infrastructure Security, Cloud Security, Microsoft Azure If you believe you have the skills and expertise to help clients navigate their digital transformation journey successfully, this opportunity at Infosys is perfect for you.,
