Your responsibilities will include coordinating with InfoSec and development teams to identify and address code vulnerabilities, streamlining deployment processes, troubleshooting infrastructure and deployment issues, and utilizing tools like Tanium for endpoint security and Akamai for web performance and security solutions. As a Deputy Manager for Global GM DEC UBIX APS at BNP Paribas India Solutions in Bangalore, your primary responsibility is to oversee the Application Production Support teams for multiple Transversal applications across regions such as APAC, EUR, and AMERICAS. Position Purpose Responsible for L2 support activities for an applications which are used for MyCredit Apps. This is an extended team which works along with the team located in Paris. Shift working to support application which is implemented globally. Shift timings 07:00AM-03:30PM/09:30AM - 06:00PM/01:30PM - 10:00 PM. Also required to provide on call support during weekends or weekdays on rotation basis. Flexibility to support the application on Mumbai Bank Holidays on rotation basis.
