Job Description

We are looking for an Active Directory and Windows-based Services Engineer who can quickly develop a good understanding of the ARM IT infrastructure and deliver excellent service to the user base.

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day ITIL processes including Incident, Change, Problem, Request, and Knowledge.
Contribute to ongoing improvement and take ownership of IT operations.
Provide support during emergencies and ensure smooth system availability.

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong experience in Active Directory: managing AD Forests, Domains, Trusts, OUs, FSMO roles, and GPOs.
Strong knowledge of On-Prem Exchange & Hybrid configurations.
Good understanding of Windows Services (SCCM, Print or DFS server, SSO).
Experience in Vulnerability Management and escalation support.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Nice to Have” Skills:

Skilled in PowerShell scripting for automation.
Technical certifications in Active Directory / Microsoft Exchange Hybrid.
