Active Directory & Desktop Support

You should have experience in supporting end user computing, including hands-on experience in Windows Server Administration, Active Directory, and Group Policy Management. It is essential that you have worked in networking, servers, client support, cloud technologies, and architecting solutions beyond just configuring them, but also understanding how to use them effectively. Your responsibilities will mostly involve designing, building, testing, and implementing modern workplace technologies in an enterprise environment. Collaboration with service delivery and other IT teams will be crucial to deliver high-quality solutions with proper documentation. You must have clear procedures and work instructions, and be adept at process improvements and automating solutions. Working closely with various teams to support end users and end device migration activities is required. Your role will also involve supporting and executing strategic and transformational initiatives, such as the implementation and design of different segregated zones (IT User Zones). As a skilled and enthusiastic engineer, you will provide operational support for workplace and end user machines, including installing applications, troubleshooting office application issues, and performing OS upgrades from Windows 7 to Windows 10 while documenting processes and procedures. Additionally, you will be responsible for attending user calls, resolving user issues, and demonstrating strong teamwork. Excellent customer service skills, the ability to multitask, work under strict deadlines, and good verbal and written English communication skills are essential for this role.
