Job Description

Key Skills:

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain Active Directory users, groups, and organizational units.
  • Deploy and configure domain controllers and ensure AD topology is optimized.
  • Create, configure, and troubleshoot Group Policy Objects (GPOs) to enforce security and operational policies.
  • Provide hands-on support in Windows Server environments, including DNS, DHCP, and core networking protocols.
  • Utilize PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting tasks.
  • Log and resolve incidents using ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
  • Oversee desktop support and user lifecycle processes, including onboarding and offboarding, while troubleshooting login issues and access rights.

Experience Required:

  • 5 - 8 years of experience managing enterprise-scale Active Directory environments.
  • Expertise in domain controller deployment and GPO management.
  • Strong hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting and Windows Server infrastructure.
  • Solid background in incident management and user support processes.
