Job Description

Dear Applicant,

Job Title: Senior Business Analyst AML/KYC & Actimize Solutions

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders, clients, and technical teams to gather, document, and validate
business and functional requirements
.
Work across
Actimize R&D and PS
teams to translate requirements into detailed design specifications and ensure product alignment.
Define
use cases, data mapping, and process flows
for Actimize solutions (SAM, CDD, IFM, WLF, or custom models).
Partner with Actimize R&D to provide domain expertise, validate new product features, and support product roadmap discussions.
Support
requirement traceability
, change management, and impact assessment across projects.
Assist PS teams in solution configuration, testing, and UAT to ensure business needs are met.
Work closely with developers and QA to clarify requirements and validate functional deliverables.
Conduct demos, client walkthroughs, and provide end-user training where required.
Contribute to knowledge repositories, reusable assets, and best practices within the Actimize CoE.

Required Skills and Experience

10+ years of overall experience with a minimum of
6+ years on Actimize platform
.
Strong understanding of
Actimize modules
such as SAM, IFM, CDD, or WLF, including model tuning, alert workflows, and rule authoring.
Hands-on experience in
Actimize RCM and AIS
environments.
Proven experience in
requirements elicitation, functional documentation, and solution validation
for Actimize-based implementations.
Exposure to both
product (R&D)
and
Professional Services (client delivery)
environments.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
Knowledge of
financial crime compliance processes
AML, Fraud, Sanctions, KYC, etc.

Good to Have

Experience in
Actimize Model Development Environment (IDE)
or
X-Sight Platform
.
Familiarity with
SQL
and
data analysis tools
.
Exposure to
cloud-based deployments
of Actimize solutions (AWS / Azure).
Prior experience working with
global financial institutions
or in a
multi-tenant SaaS environment
.
