Job Summary We are seeking a Lead Developer with 9 to 13 years of experience specializing in Drupal to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web development and a keen interest in data governance. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and on-site with no travel required. The successful candidate will contribute to the development of innovative solutions that drive our companys mission forward. Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of Drupal-based web applications Oversee the entire software development lifecycle from planning to deployment Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables Ensure code quality and maintainability through code reviews and best practices Develop and maintain custom Drupal modules and themes Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies Implement data governance best practices to ensure data integrity and security Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates and gather feedback Document technical specifications and project-related information for future reference Qualifications Possess a strong background in Drupal development with at least 9 years of experience Demonstrate expertise in web development technologies such as HTML CSS JavaScript and PHP Have experience in developing custom Drupal modules and themes Show proficiency in version control systems like Git Exhibit knowledge of data governance principles and practices Display excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Have strong communication and collaboration abilities Be familiar with Agile development methodologies Hold a relevant certification in Drupal development Possess a keen interest in staying updated with the latest industry trends Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model Show a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions Have a proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
