Acedemic Counselor

We are looking for a motivated and student-centered Academic Counselor to join our team. The Academic Counselor will help students choose the best courses based on their interests, career goals, and academic history. This role also includes guiding students through the enrollment process and making sure they have a smooth onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students about academic programs, courses, and career options.

Understand students’ needs and suggest appropriate courses offered by Edhike.

Conduct basic student profiling by collecting details like qualifications, interests, and budget.

Share the gathered information with the internal team for further advice and processing.

Guide students through the admission and enrollment process to ensure a smooth experience.

Keep accurate records of student interactions and update reports regularly.

Build trusting relationships with students by answering their questions and providing timely support.

Pay: Up to ₹17,500.00 per month
