Accounts/CRE Executive

One Realty is a leading real estate firm dedicated to providing exceptional service and expertise to our clients. We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team and manage our financial operations.

The Accountant will be responsible for managing the financial transactions, ensuring compliance with

relevant regulations, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge

of accounting principles, excellent attention to detail, and experience in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all transactions are recorded in Tally.
• Prepare and file GST returns and ensure compliance with all GST regulations.
• Handle Income Tax Returns (ITR) and ensure timely submission.
• Manage and process TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) payments and filings.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Handle the accounting aspects of home loans, including processing and documentation.
• Coordinate with auditors and provide necessary documentation during audits.
• Monitor cash flow, prepare budgets, and financial forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements related to real estate transactions.
• Provide support in financial planning, analysis, and strategy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Proficient in Tally and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Strong knowledge of GST, ITR, TDS, and home loan processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
