Accounts/Billing Executive Female preferred

Role Overview: As an Accounts/Billing Executive with 3+ years of experience, your main focus will be managing daily financial transactions, ensuring accurate and timely billing, and maintaining financial records. You will play a crucial role in the billing and invoicing process, reconciliation tasks, record-keeping, and preparing various financial reports for management review. Key Responsibilities: - Billing & Invoicing: Generate and process invoices for clients using billing/accounting software such as Tally ERP, SAP, QuickBooks. - Reconciliation: Perform bank reconciliation, cash reconciliation, and ledger reconciliation regularly to ensure all accounts are accurate. - Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date billing records, documentation, and day-to-day accounting records. - Reporting: Prepare sales, collection, MIS (Management Information Systems), and other financial reports for management review. Qualification Required: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, or a related field (M.Com or related postgraduate degree is a plus). - Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of proven experience in an accounts, finance, or billing operations role. - Software Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of accounting software such as Tally ERP, SAP, or similar ERP systems. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly strong skills in MS Excel (data-driven optimization, managing large datasets).
